Daniel T. Fay "Fats", age 58 of Hobart passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011. He was born on February 11, 1953 in Gary, Indiana. Daniel worked as a Bartender at the End Zone for 30 years. He enjoyed golf and was an avid White Sox and Notre Dame Fan.

He is survived by his mother, Juanita Fay Bryan (nee Finnearty) of Hobart, IN; his wife of 40 years, Kathy Fay (nee Cooper) of Hobart, IN; 2 sons, Jeff (Lucretia) Fay of Hobart, IN; Ryan (Marianne) Fay of Hobart, IN; 1 brother, Jim (Susan) Fay of Hobart, IN; 2 sisters, JoAnn (Donald) Evans of Portage, IN; Carol (Jim) Fitzgerald of Iowa; 3 grandchildren, Shalana, Jeffrey, and Cadence Fay, 2 sisters-in-law, Maria Fay of Hobart, IN; Ellen Fay of Lake Station, IN; numerous nieces, nephews and his dog "Jack".

He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Fay, and 2 brothers, John and Lenny Fay.
