Age 65, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013 at his home. He was a retired Union Carpenter. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. David was a creative master of his craft and enjoyed to teach many his skills.

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Susan Ready of Valparaiso, daughters; Rocquel (Steven) Sanders of Valparaiso, Kimberley (Jim) Burke of Florida, son Keith(Maureen) Norman, five grandchildren; Brandon Norman, Brittney (Jeff) Easton, Kasey Rae Burke, Alyssa (PJ) Rodriguez, Devin White and Joey Sanders, three great-grandchildren; Isabele Rodriguez, Sunny Rae and Kaylee Rae Easton, brother; Brett (Chris) Ready of Lake Station, two sisters; Twyla (Tom) Butler of Hobart and Marla Kolosci of Burns Harbor, numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

Per David wishes a celebration of life will be held at the Farm on Saturday, October 26,2013 at 3:00 pm. Flowers and donations can be sent to the Farm.
