Dennis L. Carr
Dennis L. Carr, age 78, of Lake Station passed away Wednesday July 31, 2019. Dennis was born December 25, 1940 in Pueblo, Colorado to the late Thomas and Frances (Ladd) Carr. He retired from Illinois Medicar where he was a driver. He was a member of Faith Mission Church in Portage. Dennis was a former rider with the Spirit Warriors.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Linda Carr of Lake Station; his son, Thomas Hlavac of Lake Station; his daughter, Kathryn Carr of Lake Station; two sisters, Kathryn (Jim) Feese of California and Iris Streno of Colorado.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday August 6, 2019 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, Indiana 46368 with Chuck and Minnie Munsell officiating.. Visitation will be Tuesday for one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
