Dennis Lee Hinchman, age 77 of Portage and formerly of Niles, Michigan passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024. He was born on July 5, 1946, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to the late Harold and Margaret Hinchman. He served in the United States Air Force. Dennis worked as an electrician. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and camping.

He is survived by his sons, Timothy (Lisa) Hinchman, Kevin (Teres Edestam) Hinchman; daughter, Susan (Dwayne) Riffe; grandchildren, Charlotte (Jim) Krivak, Francesca (Terry) Shockley, Elizabeth Riffe, Nora and Tove Edestam-Hinchman; three great grandchildren, Ian, Ana and Julian.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Hinchman; and sister, Jackie Neely.
