Dennis "Rip" Ripley

Dennis "RIP" George Ripley, age 68, passed away Sunday May 12, 2024, in his home. He was born July 18, 1955, in Gary, Indiana to the late George and Christina (Reid) Ripley. Dennis was a disabled Crane Operator. He loved camping, cooking, and taking care of his home.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Susan (Goble) Ripley; his dog, Lilly Rose; one sister, Mary Ann (Ron) Feterick; two brothers-in-law, Paul (Leigh) Goble and Stephen (Tina) Goble; one sister-in-law, Shirley Groark; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jerry Ripley and James Ripley.

Memorial visitation for Dennis will take place Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Road.
