Devin Samuel Verret, age 32, of Chesterton passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 at St. Anthony Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana. Devin was born June 7, 1981 in Warsaw, Indiana to Glen and Susan (Henson) Verret. Devin loved sports of all kinds, his loving friends and his church family. He was a member of the Portage United Pentecostal Church. Devin will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Devin is survived by his loving mother Susan (Rick) Toadvine of Chesterton; his father Glen (Holly) Verret of Arizona; Grandmother Ellen Henson of Grand Blanc, MI; his sister Danae (Ascander) Dost of San Mateo, CA; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be 1pm Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Portage United Pentecostal Church, 2865 Willowdale Road, Portage, Indiana 46368 with Rev. James R. Fielder officiating. Burial will follow in Heritage Cemetery in Portage. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the church.
