Diana M. Tirado

Diana M. Tirado (Tomista), age 47, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Diana was born in Gary, Indiana on February 27, 1970 to Irene Pineda and Thomas A. Sosa. Diana attended William A. Wirt High School and graduated in 1988. She held many different job positions for several different casinos in East Chicago, Indiana. She was currently employed at the Santa Fe and Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Diana is survived by her daughter, Alicia Marie Tirado; mother, Irene Pineda; father, Augustine Tirado; cousins, Laura Olson, Mary Corralez and Joey Escalante II; god daughters, Cieara Tellez, Neleya Alvarez, Elia Sosa.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Francisco and Jenny Corralez; life partner, Miguel A. Morrales; birth father, Thomas A. Sosa; stepdad, Martin Pineda Jr.; godfather, Mario Ponce and her sister, Tina Marie Pineda. Memorial contributions in Diana's name may be made to the family.

A funeral service for Diana will take place Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Portage. Visitation will be held Monday, March 12, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
