Dolores R. Zappia

Dolores Rose Zappia, age 90, of Arizona, recently of Crown Point,   passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018. She was born on September 16, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Daniel and Margaret (nee McGuire) Banks. Dolores enjoyed Bingo and reading books in her free time. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Dolores is survived by five sons, Robert , John, Daniel (Marge) , Tony (Rochelle) and David Zappia; daughter, Nancy Fair; five grandchildren;  brother, Phil Banks; sister, Kay Foster and many other loving family members or friends.

Dolores was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daniel Zappia; her parents; five brothers, John, Larry, Dan, Patrick and Jim Banks and sister, Agnes Ryan.
