Donald A. Borst, age 80 of Portage passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Borst (nee Smith), 1 son, Steven (Lisa) Borst, 4 daughters, Deborah (Rev. Joe) Miller, Linda (Rev. Richard) Pringle, Donna (Frank) Montro, Diana (Dan) Heavner, 1 sister, June (Red) Sloan, 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Gladys Borst, 3 sisters, Marilyn, Betty, and Lorraine, and 1 grandson, Josh Miller.
Cremation will take place at Kelly-Carroll Crematory. A burial of cremains service will be held on Wednesday December 1, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Memory Lane Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Schererville with Rev. Ken Gamblin officiating.
