Donald Jeffords of Portage Indiana passed away October 31, 2015 at the age of 55. Our hearts are breaking as he is survived by his beloved wife Victoria, two loving daughters Katee and CarolAnn, and mother Judith Storey of Benton, KY, his father Bill Jeffords of Gilbertsville, KY, brothers Jay, Reese, Jay W. and (Mike), two precious grandchildren Aubree and Jasmine, and mother-in-law Carol Fanello Cracco.

Don loved dearly and is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many amazing friends.


A Memorial visitation will be held from 2-5 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue, Portage, Indiana 46368. A memorial service will follow at 5 pm with Pastor Bob Burton officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial gift are requested to Don's family.
