Donald L. Ragens

Donald Ragens, age 68, of Portage passed away in his home with his family by his side.  Donald was born December 10, 1949 in Odon, Indiana to the late Cecil and Hazel (Walker) Ragens, Don was a truck driver and Vietnam Era US Army Veteran. He was a life member of the Hobart VFW Post #5365.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Judith Ragens; two daughters, Rachel (David) Donald of New Orleans, LA and Ashley (Toby) Sawaya of Denham Springs, LA; four grandchildren, Kayla (Travis) Thrash, Michael Donald, Ryan Sawaya and Andrew Sawaya; one great grandchild, Jaxon Thrash; and one brother William Ragens of French Lick.

Donald will be cremated with a memorial service to be conducted at a later date.
