Donna J. Weber, age 83, a long time Hobart resident passed away Monday September 23, 2024, at Aviva Merrillville. She was born January 30, 1941, in Mason City, Illinois to the late Clarence O. and Pearl (Myers) Hilst. Donna was a retired Real Estate Agent that worked for J. Dykstra Realty, later she worked as a Travel Agent for All Points Travel and owned a Pilates Studio in the eighties.

Donna is survived by her loving son, Steven Weber of Valparaiso; three grandchildren, Jessie (Sean) Weber-Bailey of Savannah, Georgia, Aaron Weber of Buchannan, Michigan, Lea (Andrew) Bishop of Hobart; two great grandchildren, Violet Bishop and Leo Bishop; and many other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Wade, and her brother, Dale Hilst.

Visitation will be held at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday September 27, 2024. Additional visitation will be held Monday September 30, 2024, at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home 500 N. 4th Street Pekin, Illinois 61554 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Her funeral service will follow at 10:30 am at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Garden in Pekin.
