Dora Moore (nee Alsip), age 74, of Hobart, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born on June 21, 1944 to Frazier and Amanda (nee Adams) Alsip.    She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Dora is survived by her son, Edward (Michele) Moore Sr.; two daughters, Sherry (Oscar) Rios and Angela (Harold) Jarrett; mother, Amanda Miller; eleven grandchildren, Amy, Jonathan, Ashley, Amanda, Makayla, Edward Jr., Amber, Ashley, Amber, Daniel, James; great grandchildren; five sisters, Faye, Jo Ann, Lubell, Barb and Debbie; many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold E. Moore; her father, Frazier Alsip; two brothers, Danny and Bobby Alsip and two sisters, Jo Ann and Vivian.

A funeral service for Dora will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana 46342.
