Dorothy Nell (nee Jones) Harris, age 84, of Lake Station, Indiana, and formerly of Central City, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015. She was born on August 11, 1930 in Central City, Kentucky to the late Rhea and Ethel Jones. Dorothy was a member of the Senior Center in Lake Station, Indiana. She will always be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to those who knew her.

Dorothy is survived by her sons: Richard J. (Deborah) Gossett, Steven L. Gossett; daughter: Sharon A. (John) Olson; grandchildren: John P. Olson, Laura Collins, Kimberly Gossett, Allison Gossett, Steven Gossett Jr., Eric Gossett; great grandchildren: Ava and Emma Collins; brothers: Jerry (Sue) Jones, Carl Jones.

She is preceded in death by her first husband: James Thomas Gossett; second husband: Bertis Harris; brother: Harlan Jones.
