Douglas Orlan Binkley (Toby) 75, of Lake Station, Indiana passed away on April 1, 2020 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Hobart, Indiana. He was born June 26, 1944 in Crayne, Kentucky. He was the son of Pete and Mae (Holliman) Binkley.

He leaves behind his beloved family and friends. His daughter, Cindy (Jack) McCulley of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. His daughter, Michelle (Ron) Bangs of Lake Station, Indiana. His sister, Doris Norman of Hobart, Indiana. Two nieces, Terry (Ed) Cox and Melissa Brasher. His four grandchildren, Debbie & Brian Bangs, and Jaxon & Davin McCulley. His fur baby, "Flash" and many more family members and friends.

He was an avid motorcycle rider, a casino patron, and loved by many. He loved to ride around town with his co-pilot "Flash" next to him. He served in the United States Marines in Parris Island South Carolina as a Corporal for two years.

Private visitation & funeral will be on Wednesday April 8th. 2020, at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana. There will be a virtual service due to Covid 19, for those that could not attend.  It can be viewed on the Rees Funeral Home Facebook page. Contributions in Toby's loving memory can be made to the family, in lieu of flowers. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Portage, Indiana. The family will hold a memorial service in the future due to the pandemic for friends and family. He will be missed and remain in our hearts.
