Edna May (nee Koeppen) Teague, of Hobart, passed away Monday, December 05, 2016 at The Hearth at Franklin in Franklin, Tennessee. Edna was born on April 12, 1916 to the late Charles and Tena (nee Rohweder) Koeppen in Wheeler, IN. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hobart. Edna will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Edna is survived by son, Daryle (Jeanette) Teague; daughters, Charlene (James) Benton, Sandra (Robert Paul) McCune; eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Teague; son, Wayne Teague; brothers Fred, Clarence, Raymond, Bud, Kenny, and Jim Koeppen; and sisters, Edith, Mildred, Bernice.

Memorial donations may be made, in Edna's honor, to Trinity Lutheran Church.

A funeral service for Edna will take place Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 Luther Drive, Hobart, IN 46342 with Pastor Gary Nagy officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Hobart. Visitation will be held just prior to the service from 10:00-12:00 pm at the church. For more information, please call 219-942-2109.
