Edward "Jon" Hudson

Age 41, of Portage, Indiana, passed away on January 6,2026. He was born on December 18,1984, in Valparaiso to Edward L. and Cynthia E. (nee Fadell) Hudson.

Jon worked at Fitzsimmons Home Medical and was formerly employed as a cook and staff member at an assisted living facility. He was known for his kind heart, soft spoken nature, and genuinely caring personality. Jon touched the lives of those around him through his quiet compassion and willingness to help others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jon is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Hudson; son, Elliott Hudson; daughter, Lillian Hudson; Father, Edward L. Hudson; Mother, Cynthia "Cindy" Hudson; brother, Charles "Chuck" (Mina) Teel and many other loving family members and friends.

Jon was preceded in death by his sister, Marisa N. Hudson.
