Eleanor Sulcer

Eleanor Sulcer, age 80 of Gary, Indiana passed away Tuesday, September 14,2021. She was born January 6,1941 in Michigan to the late Charles and Evelyn Deloe.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her son, Patrick (Mary Cayton) Sulcer; two daughters, Julie (Mike Arvin) Sander and Vickie (Ed) Holst; three grandchildren, Keith (TJ)  Sulcer, Heather (Donnie) Macciaro and Michael Sulcer; four great-grandchildren, Aliza, Adam, Isaiah, and Leo; brother, Walter (Merna) Deloe and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Sulcer and sister, Roxanne Higgins.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 pm on Friday, September 24,2021 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, Indiana 46368.  Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 24,2021 at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor David Nykamp officiating also at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel.
