Elizabeth F. Czolgosz (nee Blaszyk), age 93, of Prescott, Arizona and formerly of Hobart and Gary, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015. She was born on February 20, 1922 in Duluth, MN to the late Frank and Magdelena Blaszyk. On September 1, 1941, in Duluth, MN, she married the love of her life, Stanley Czolgosz, who preceded her in death. She was a dedicated member of St. Bridget Catholic Church where she served as past president of St. Anne's Confraternity. She was also a member of Holy Angels Cathedral. Betty was a Girl Scout Leader and Camp Director.

She is survived by her daughter: Carole Ann (William) Osterkamp of Prescott, AZ; grandchildren: Michael (Christine) Osterkamp of Fayetteville, NC, Kara (Brian) Gant of San Jose, CA, June (Eric) Smith of Kokomo, IN; great grandchildren: Nicholas Osterkamp, Christina Osterkamp, Ethan Smith, Glorianna Smith, Logan Gant.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Magdelena Blaszyk; husband, Stanley Czolgosz; brother, Leonard Urbanski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, July 13, 2015 at 10:00 am directly at St. Bridget Catholic Church, corner of Front and Center Streets, Hobart, Indiana with Father Dominic Bertino officiating. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Portage.
