Elizabeth Diane "MiMi" Olsen

Age 66, a lifetime resident of Northwest, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011 at VNA Hospice in Valparaiso. She was born August 20 1944 in Valparaiso, the daughter of the late Harry Jones and Tressa Kingsley-Mace. On April 29th 1967 Diane started her life with her loving husband, Richard "Dick" Olsen.
Diane was a loving: wife, mother, sister and grandmother "MIMI" as the grandchildren call her, and friend and will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years. Dick Olsen of Hobart, 2 daughters; Yvonne (Frank) Koprcina and Cortney (Will) Edmonds, son Shane (Jennifer) Olsen, 8 grandchildren Avery and Reagan Edmonds, Nicklas Koprcina, Bradley, Dean, Hailey, Riley and Jakob Olsen, sister; Judith Gasaway and many other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 siblings; Jerry Jones, Brenda Harper, Dewayne Jones, Vickie McDaniels and Cheryl Sullivan, nephews; Chuck Wise and Eric Podolan.
Funeral services will be Wednesday April 20,2011 at 12:00 pm with Reverend Duane Schmidt officiating at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. Visitation will be Tuesday April 19,2011 from 2:00-8:00 pm also at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel. Burial at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.
