Emma Jean Pavolich-Hughes

Emma Jean Pavolich-Hughes, age 90 of Hobart passed away Monday, August 22, 2022 at home. She was born on March 1, 1932 in Bloomington, Illinois to the late James and Mary Embry.  Emma was employed as a Registered Nurse at Miller's Merry Manor. She was a dedicated member of Crown of Life Church in Hobart. Emma was a former President of the Glen Park Eagles and enjoyed camping with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Hughes; son, Anthony (Kris) Pavolich; brother, John (Diane) Embry; sister-in-law, Patricia Wieman; and numerous loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Embry; one brother, Hartsel Embry.

A memorial service for Emma will take place Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Crown of Life Church, 2825 East Cleveland Ave. Hobart, IN 46342 with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of service.
