Obituary
Eric L. Harshbarger, age 53, of Knox and formerly of Hobart passed away Tuesday December 1, 2015 at his home. Eric was born October 16, 1962 in Gary, Indiana to the late Hubert "Woody" and Doris (Wilfong) Harshbarger. Eric enjoyed sports, animals, the outdoors and spending time with his family. He was a production supervisor at UGN, inc. in Valparaiso.
He is survived by his partner Renee Harshbarger of Knox; one son Eric N. Harshbarger of Hobart; two step sons Kenneth Charles Wallace and Keith Wallace; two brothers Karl E. (Vicki) Harshbarger of Malden, MA and Hugh E. (Karl) Harshbarger of Hobart; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 pm Sunday December 6, 2015 at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
