ESTEBAN A. "STEVE ENVY" VILLARREAL, age 51, passed away on August 14, 2016 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was born on August 17, 1964 in Brownsville, TX. He was a member of the Hobart Eagles FOE No. 2498. Steve was passionate about playing his guitar and loved fishing. His family was very dear to him, especially his grandchildren. Steve will be remembered as a great musician who was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.

He is survived by his son, Steve (Andrea) Villarreal, Winder, GA; Daughter, Stephanie (Scott Wertzberger) Villarreal, Hobart; 3 grandchildren, Ashton, Dominic and Darren; father, Luis Villarreal, Brownsville, TX; 2 brothers, Luis (Ana) Villarreal, Brownsville, TX; Marco (Sky) Villarreal, Hobart; 2 nieces, Analaura and Ashley Villarreal, Brownsville; significant other, Kimmie Moldovan; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Laulom-Barron.

There will be a visitation for Steve on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph, Winfield/Crown Point, IN 46307 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 8:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
