Frances M. Mcfarlane

Frances M. McFarlane, age 92, of Lemon Grove, CA and formerly of Hobart, IN, passed away on March 15, 2021.

Frances was born on August 14, 1929 to the late Harry and Hattiebelle (nee Young) Mayer.  She was a bookkeeper and accountant for many years before her retirement.  She moved to the San Diego area of California 50 years ago.

She is survived by her sister-in-law: Betty Mayer of Hobart, IN; nieces: Mindy (Stan) Harms of Elk River, MN and Janet (Gordon) Kiser of Portage, IN; nephew: Michael (Kari) Mayer of Crown Point, IN; many grand-nieces and nephews; caregiver: Glenda Lima of CA.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, David C. Mayer.

It is Frances' wish that there would be no funeral services.  Cremation will take place and a graveside service will take place at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to Rees Funeral Home Hobart Chapel, 600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart.
