Frank J. Polak, Jr., age 68 a longtime Griffith resident passed away Friday, March 25, 2022.  He was born in Hammond, Indiana on July 16, 1953 to the late  Frank and Irene Polak.  Frank owned and operated Frank's Tap in Hammond for many years.

He is survived by three brothers, Robert, Raymond and Kevin Polak, and former wife, Monica.
