Franklin D. Gallian, age 85, of Hobart passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 31, 1935 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to the late Buford and Bernice Gallian. On April 1, 1957 he married Yvonne Frederiksen in Iuka, Tennessee. Frank retired from US Steel where he worked as a machinist for 28 years. He taught himself how to play the guitar and loved to play and sing in his free time. He was a very spirited person and he liked to joke around but always helped others whenever he could. Frank was so loved and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Yvonne Gallian; sons, Gary (Liz) Gallian, Doug (Renee) Gallian; daughter, Becca Gallian; five grandchildren, Brett (Aimee) Gallian, Melyssa (Dallas) West, Kristyn (Daniel) Bachman, Vanessa (Jacob) Renaud, Nycole Gallian; 12 special great grandchildren; and sister, Lula Belle Woodall; many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Buford and Bernice Gallian; brothers, Scot and Junior Gallian; sister, Carolyn Mashburn; and many more family and friends.
