Gayla D. Bolint

GAYLA D. BOLINT, age 73, of Portage, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017.  She was born on July 12, 1944 to the late Gaylord and Billie Roy.  She was a member at Nativity of Our Savior as well as an employee of the church office and as a caterer for the church hall.  Gayla had also worked at NIPSCO and St. Bridget.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Arnold E. "Arnie" Bolint, Jr.; son, James M. Bolint and Amanda Gruesbeck; granddaughter, Kelsey Rian Bolint.

Gayla was also preceded in death by her aunt, Faye Roth.

Funeral services for Gayla will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church, 2949 Willowcreek Rd., Portage, 46368.  Services will conclude at the church.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral  Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, (219) 762-3013 or go online at www.reesfuneralhomes.com .
