Geneva S. Hudson

Geneva S. Hudson (nee Campbell), age 93, of Hobart and formerly of Portage, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017. She was born on October 19, 1923 in Lennox, Tennessee. Geneva loved to travel to bowl and to sew. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend.
Geneva is survived by her son, Edward Lynn (Cindy) Hudson; four daughters, Marie (Larry) Flick, Linda Sieckman, Bettie Keenan and Janie Doane; 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward; grand-daughter, Marisa Hudson; her parents Henry and Eura Campbell and three siblings.
A funeral service for Geneva will be held Monday, February 13, 2017 at 7 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Portage. Visitations for Geneva will be held Monday, February 13, 2017 from 3 pm until time of service with additional visitation on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10 am -2 pm also at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel.
