GEORGIA M. MILLER (nee PETERS), age 56, of Gary, passed away Friday, September 2, 2011. Georgia was born on April 17, 1955 to James and Iladean Peters. She was a lifetime Northwest Indiana resident and attended Wanatah Christian Church. Georgia was an employee of Smith Medical and enjoyed 4-wheelin in her spare time. She will be dearly missed.

Georgia is survived by her 2 children, Christine (David) Jevyak of Westville and Jeffrey Miller of Gary; 4 grandchildren, Alexis, Kerra, David and Danica Jevyak all of Westville; 2 sisters, Pam (Billy) Condron of Gary and Kathy Wells of LaPorte; 1 brother, Randy (Rose) Peters of Highland; many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

A memorial service for Georgia will be Friday, September 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart with Pastor Dick Shepperd officiating.
