Geraldine E. McGlothlen

Age 93 passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025. She was born on July 18, 1932, in Gary, Indiana to the late Bert and Stella (nee Wonsowicz) Rakowski. Geraldine was a 1950 graduate of Tolleston High School and a Nipsco retiree where she worked as an administrative assistant. In her youth Geraldine enjoyed ballroom dancing and traveling. She loved spending time with others, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Charles Murvihill; daughter, Carol (Andy) Andjelich; grandchildren, Jessica (Jamie) McGlothlen, Robert (Rebecca) Ryan and Annie Andjelich; great-grandchildren, Zoe Grace, Griffin, River Ryan and Nevaeh Rose; sister, Joan Gedvilas and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Robert McGlothlen; sister, Bernice Gullic and grandson, David S. Schaefer.

Per Geraldine's wishes there will be no services held.
