Gerda Sajevic, age 89, a resident of Lake Station since 1969, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. She was born on May 14, 1922 in Germany, the daughter of Kurp and Ida Koehler. Gerda was married to Miodrag Sajevic in 1962 and he preceded her in death on July 14, 1995. Gerda was a homemaker and attended Saint Sava Serbian Orthodox Church.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory dear friends Erna (Alois) Rey, Gene Zach, and Maureen Zach, as well as many other loving friends.
