Glenn A. Wilson, age 58, of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Porter Regional Hospital. He was born on March 1, 1957 in Gary, Indiana to Robert and Lora Wilson. On October 12, 1977, he married the love of his life, Doris Wozniak. Glenn was a self-employed electronics technician and loved his '69 Mustang Mach 1. He will always be remembered as a dedicated son, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.

Glenn is survived by his parents: Robert and Lora Wilson; mother-in-law: Lillian Wozniak; his beloved wife of 38 years: Doris Wilson; sons: Eric (Angie) Wilson, Michael (Tionna) Wilson, Jared Wilson; daughter: Nicole (Ronnie) Ward; grandchildren: Andrew Wilson, Isaac Wilson, Liam Wilson, Astrid Wilson, Adrianna Ward, Ashley Ward, Nicholas Ward, Gabriella Ward, Layla Dragisic, Cody Tretter, Austin Tretter; brothers: Robert Wilson, Larry Wilson, Roger Wilson; sisters: Diana Padlo, Helen Bull; brothers-in-law: Daniel Wozniak, David (Karen) Wozniak; sister-in-law: Diane (Ted) Pankiewicz; best friend: Bill Gavalier.

He is preceded in death by his grandson: Franklin Michael Wilson.

A funeral service for Glenn will take place Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage with Rev. Steven Leeds officiating.
