Gloria Ruth Nedoff, age 84, of Portage passed away Sunday August 3, 2025, in the Northwest Health-Porter hospital in Valparaiso. Gloria was born May 14, 1941, in Saint Paul, Minnesota to the late Joseph and Lucy (Hernandez) Heridia. She retired from the Indiana Toll Road Authority where she worked as a toll collector. Gloria loved her family.

She is survived by her four children, Cecelia H. Dornfield, Mitchell L. Helton, David J. (Danielle) Nedoff, and Christopher R. Nedoff; six grandchildren, Sabrina, Jackie, Liz, Nikolas, Nalan, and Natalie; three bonus grandchildren, Phillip, Olivia, and Jonah; four great grandchildren, Jasmine, Michael, Ryder, and Mabel; two siblings, Raymond Torres and Angela H. Torres.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lucy; stepfather David L. Torres; brothers and sisters, Connie Heridia, Jesse Heridia, Richard "Rick" Heridia, Raymond Heridia, Frank Heridia, Manuel Heridia, Fedencia "Toni" Ledesma, Anita H. Morones, and Maria H. Varella.

A Memorial Visitation for Gloria will be conducted at the Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel 3781 Central Avenue Lake Station, Indiana 46405 on Saturday August 16, 2025, from 12 pm to 2 pm. A Memorial Service for Gloria will follow immediately at 2 pm. It was Gloria's wish to be cremated.
