Grace Eileen Spencer (Nee Baldwin), age 77, of Lake Station passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at St Mary Medical Center in Hobart. She was born on October 16, 1944, to the late Albert and Kathleen (Nee Jennings) Baldwin in Hammond, Indiana. Grace retired from Fifth Third Bank where she worked as an administrative assistant.  Grace was a caregiver to family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sheila (Jim) Brown and Shelly (Doug) Boyle; five grandchildren, Abbe, Taylor and Samantha Boyle and Nicholas and Matt Brown; three stepchildren, Jack (Cherie) Spencer, Susan (Mike) Smith and Sheryl (John) Henderson; eight step grandchildren and many step great grandchildren; five siblings, Wilbur Baldwin, Debbie Miller, Phil Baldwin, David Baldwin and Jerry (Kim) Baldwin; numerous nieces and nephews and many other loving family members and friends.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Spencer; her parents; six siblings, Dorothy Wolfe, Albert Baldwin, Tom Baldwin, Beverly Patterson, Patricia Baldwin and Alberta Knight
