Gulabinka Trpeska (nee Cvetkoska), age 73, of Valparaiso, IN passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023.

She was born on January 25, 1950 in Ohrid, Macedonia to the late Petar and Rusa Cvetkoski.  On May 24, 1970, Gulabinka married Dimitri Trpeski in Macedonia and spent 51 years together until his passing on August 21, 2021.  She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral.  Gulabinka worked for Federal Mogul in Michigan City and retired after 25 years. She also worked for Southlake Mall as a housekeeper for 7 years.  She enjoyed gardening and baking with her grandchildren.  She was a devoted mother and her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren.

Gulabinka is survived by her sons: Zoran (Karrie) Trpeski and Vlado (Jennifer) Trpeski; and grandchildren: Kyle, Jacob, Isabella, Sophia, Ava, and Alexander.

Gulabinka was preceded in death by her husband: Dimitri; and parents: Petar and Rusa.

Family and friends may gather at Sts. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral (9669 Broadway, Crown Point) on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 9:30-11:00 A.M.  A Funeral Mass will take place immediately following visitation on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.  She will be laid to rest at Historic Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point.
