Harold Joseph Bell
Valparaiso
Age 89, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Porter Regional Hospital in Valparaiso. Harold was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for International Bridge in Thornton, Illinois and proudly served his country in the United States Army. On March 17, 1984 Harold started his life with his loving wife Geraldine (nee Willett) Bell. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.
Harold is survived by his wife of 29 years, Geraldine Bell of Valparaiso; two sons, Kenny Bell of Illinois, Joseph Bell of Oklahoma; four daughters, Shelia (Ed) Zaber , Vicki (Grayle) Woodruff both of Oklahoma; Jannean (John) Jelinek of Chesterton, Carmen (Mark) Notorino of Portage; 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Nat Farmsworth , Reba Harker both of Illinois , other loving family members and friends.
