Harvey "Buddy" Lee Morse, Sr., age 83, of Lake Station passed away Friday, April 10, 2020.  He was born in Marion, Illinois on August 24, 1936 to the late Harv and Minda (nee Johnson) Morse.  He was a United States Marine veteran, Local 150 Operating Engineer and worked for the Sanitation Department of Lake Station before retiring in the early 1980's.

Harvey was surrounded by his loving children, 3 daughters, Debbie (late Bill) Morse-Kristelli, Evelyn (Morse) Eckhard, Brenda (Tom) (Morse) Kerr; 2 sons, Harvey (Kimberly) Morse, Jr., Glen Morse, Sr.; 15 grandchildren; and 30+ great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters; granddaughter; and he is loved and will be missed by numerous family and friends.

Cremation has been entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.  219-942-2109.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
