Born to Leonidas and Agustin Reyes on May 13, 1952, in "El Pueblo de Los Enchumbaos" Naguabo, Puerto Rico.
Hector, first and foremost, is a Son of God in this world and the next. Hector served our country in the US Army from 1977 to 1981 stationed in Germany and Fort Knox, KY. He then worked for the US Postal Service from 1981 to 2005. He became a Bilingual Elementary Educator, but his true love was music.
