Helen Lynn Duda

Helen Lynn Duda, age 62, of Hobart passed away Monday November 30, 2015 at her home. Helen was born May 9, 1953 in Gary, Indiana to the late L.N. and Barbara (Darrow) Norman. Helen was a former employee of the Hobart Public Library. Helen's passions were gardening and her animals. She was a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church.

Helen is survived by her loving husband Joe of Hobart; one step-son Christopher Duda of Highland; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, sister and one step-son.

A Mass will be celebrated 10 am Friday December 4, 2015 at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Hobart, Indiana with Rev. Dominic V. Bertino officiating. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Thursday at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana 46342 and Friday from 9-10 am at St. Bridget Church. Cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts are preferred to the Hobart Humane Society 2054 East State Road 130 Hobart, IN 46342.
