Jaxon Lee Smith, 3 months of age passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011. He was born on August 12, 2011 in Valparaiso, Indiana.
He is survived by his parents, Steven Smith and Carrie Petroski of Hobart, IN; siblings, Jacob, Logan, and Carlee Santmyre, and Dakota and Hunter Smith, grandparents, Paul and Kathleen Petroski, and Judith Smith, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be a committal service on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, 3100 Thatcher Ave., River Grove, Illinois with Rev. G.C. Martin officiating. Visitation is Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana. Call (219) 942-2109 or visit us online at www.Reesfuneralhomes.com.
