J. Arlene Lenz, age 82 of Hebron, IN passed away Monday, November 1, 2010. She was born on November 1, 1928 in Hammond, IN. Arlene worked at Mundell school for many years in school administration. She was at her best when she was helping someone.

She is survived by 3 children, Bonnie Myers of Dickenson, TX; Connie Kochis of Griffith, IN; Duane Lenz of Elmhurst, IL; 1 brother, Keith (Doreen) Leikel of Orland Park, IL; 1 sister-in-law, Sandra Leikel of Oak Lawn, IL; 1 brother-in-law, Ronald (Irene) Lenz of Renton, WA; 6 grandchildren, Toni, Misty, Stacie, Kerry, Tom, and Eric, and 9 great-grandchildren in addition to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlen D. Lenz, and 1 brother, Lester Leikel.

Funeral services are Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. Entombment will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN.
