J. Nicole "Nikki" Wiatrowski, age 39 of Valparaiso, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was born on August 13, 1985, in Twentynine Palms, California. To say that Nikki had a rare personality is an understatement. She collected skulls and had a special appreciation for odd and curious things. She was talented at making her own costumes and treated everyday like Halloween, because it was her very favorite day of the year. When she was little, she enjoyed helping her grandparents at the family flower shop. She liked playing BINGO, gambling at the Casinos, and making her rounds at thrift stores. Above all, she will always be remembered as the loving, devoted mother she was. Her daughters, Gemma Paige and Zenon Michelle Wiatrowski were the light of her life and she loved them all the stars in the sky.

She is also survived by her father, Joseph F. (Rhonda) Wiatrowski; mother, Kristina (Joseph Way) Wiatrowski; sisters, Joleen (Ethan) Hitchcock, Kayla (Kevin) Galvin; maternal grandfather, Frank Osterkamp; paternal grandparents, Frank J. and Eva Wiatrowski; uncle and godfather, Michael (Sally) Wiatrowski; uncle, Frank (Lisa) Osterkamp; aunt, Lisa (David) Sanders; 15 nieces and nephews; and many loving cousins.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Joseph Wiatrowski; and maternal grandmother, Mary Osterkamp.

A celebration of Nikki's Life will take place on her 40th birthday at the American Legion Post# 502 in South Haven.
