Jack H. Dugger, age 68 of Lake Station passed away Monday, December 10, 2012. He was born on February 7, 1944 in Evanston, Illinois to the late Howard L. and Louise Dugger. He was a longtime Lake Station resident. Jack worked as an operating engineer for Local 150. He was a member of the Local 150 Retirees Club. Jack enjoyed tinkering around the house and painting ceramics.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Pam Dugger (nee Adams) of Lake Station, IN; 5 children, Becky (Ken) Tallian of Antioch, IL; Jack K. (Brenda) Dugger of Sharon, WI; Phillip (Theresa) Dugger of Lindenhurst, IL; Jessica (Daniel Maya) Dugger of Lake Station, IN; Kathryn Dugger of Lake Station, IN; 10 grandchildren, Maddie, Quintin, Matthew, Michael, Nicholas, Chelsey, Zachary, Jacob, Mackenzie, and Ryleigh, 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret "Peggy" Williams.
Funeral services are Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Pastor Charles Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage, IN. Visitation is Saturday, December 15, 2012 just prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
