Jackie Servaty

Jacqueline "Jackie" Servaty, age 75 of Portage passed away Sunday August 14, 2022, at the Rittenhouse Village in Portage. She was born April 3, 1947, in Gary, Indiana to the late Stanley Wayne and Annabel Underwood. Jackie was retired from Porter Memorial Portage Hospital where she worked in many positions through the years. Her main focus in life was raising her three sons. Jackie is survived by one son, Shawn Servaty of Portage; five grandchildren, Clayton Servaty, Mandy Servaty, Hailey (Gage) Servaty, Kayla Servaty, and Anna Servaty; one great grandson, Gavin Servaty; and many dear friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; her parents; two sons, David and Jeffrey Servaty; and her brother, Wayne Underwood. Visitation will be from 2-6 pm Sunday at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, IN 46368. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Monday at the Funeral Home. Pastor J.J. Hairston will officiate. Burial will follow in McCool Cemetery, Portage, Indiana.
