James Ward Lentner

James Ward Lentner, ageervices 59, of Portage passed away Sunday December 6, 2020 passed away at his home.  He was born October 1, 1961 in Gary, Indiana to the late Frank Lloyd and Geraldine Annabelle (McGee) Lentner.  James work with Tradewinds Services for over twenty years.  He enjoyed working for Globe Star Services.  He was a very active member of the Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Michigan City.  He loved art projects, bowling, playing the piano and singing.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Barbara L. Inman of Portage, Bonnie L. Alexander of Portage, Patricia M. (Mike) Daily of Wheatfield, Frank L. (Judy) Lentner, Jr. of Valparaiso, Harold E. (Carol) Lentner, Sr. of Gary, Michael E. (Norma) Lentner, Sr. of Valparaiso, and Danny M. (Jennifer) Pettit of Michigan; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved Mr. Lovely "The Cat".

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Roy W. Lentner, II.
