JAMES DOYLE SHEELY, age 58, of Lake Station, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was born on March 25, 1957 to the late James Harrison and Gladys Louise Sheely. James served his country in the US Navy. He was a neon sign bender, mechanic and loved working on any type of engine. In his spare time he loved being outdoors either boating or fishing. James will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and brother.

He is survived by his 3 children, James Michael (wife, Michelle Lynn) Sheely of Kenosha, WI, Amanda Nicole (fiancé, Eric Thelen) Sheely of Portage, and Samantha Renae (fiancé, Donald Carter) Sheely of Ridgecrest, CA; 5 grandchildren, Jayden Deming, Ryan Sheely, Bradly Thelen, Brandon Sheely, Sebastian Carter; 2 sisters, Pamela (fiancé, the late Bill McCall) Schultz of Portage and Patricia Kay (husband, Howard Kisner) Sheely of Lake Station; dog and best friend, Buddy.
