JAMIE CHARAY BERKLEY, age 43, of Hammond, passed away November 6, 2016 at Vibra Hospital. She was born in Chicago Heights, IL on July 28, 1973. Jamie was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.

She is survived by her mother, Rhita (nee Amiotte) Rains; 3 sons, Troy Jerrid Berkley, Christian P. Craig, and Ryan J. Berkley; daughter, Rikki Leigh Berkley; 3 grandchildren, Addison, Brooklyn and Vivian Berkley; brother, Richard Troy Berkley; and sister, Tracie Lyn Berkley; other loving family and friends.

Jamie was preceded in death by her father, Richard Lyn Berkley; and grandparents, Roy and Lucy Berkley and Walter and Phyllis Conklin.

A visitation for Jamie will be at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 Noon. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park in Hobart. Please call (219) 762-3013 for information.
