Jane A. Bernsley (nee Beach), age 84, of Knox, IN and formerly of Hobart, IN and North East, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021.

Jane was born on January 23, 1937 in North East, PA to the late Elmer and Bessie Beach.  She married Robert "Bob" Bernsley in February 1955 and spent 48 wonderful years together until his death in 2003.  Jane was very involved in her children's schooling and activities and loved being a grandmother.  She was an avid bowler and was proud to claim that she won an Indiana state bowling tournament.  Jane also enjoyed spending time at Blue Chip Casino and other casinos.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Jane is survived by her children: Pam (Jim) Lierman, Cindy (late Paul) Rogers, Carol Stewart, Mark (late Debbie) Bernsley, and Scott (Kathy) Bernsley; sister: Marilyn (late Asa) Henderson; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jane is preceded in death by her husband: Robert "Bob" Bernsley; parents: Elmer and Bessie Beach; and her siblings: Jimmy and Donald Beach and JoAnn (late Bill) Steel.

Per Jane's wishes, there will be no funeral services.  Cremation and arrangements are entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W. Old Ridge Rd, Hobart).
