Jeanne M. Miller

JEANNE M. MILLER, age 77, of Merrillville, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017.  She was born on July 24, 1940 to the late William David and Marie Vanderwall.  Jean was a lifetime area resident and had worked as an inventory control specialist at Darvin Furniture and as a real estate agent.  She was a resident of the AHEPA apartments and thoroughly enjoyed socializing with the other residents and going on outings.  Jean loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her 4 children, William David (Marianne) Aspan of Elk Grove, IL, Diane (Eric) Wallenius of LaPorte, Christine (Pete) Stewart of Valparaiso, and Rick (Michele) Aspan of Elmhurst; 8 grandchildren, Cody and Alex Wallenius, Brittany (Alex) Discher, Courtney (Eric) Phillips, Taylor, Brandon, Madeline and Tim Aspan; 6 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren, Ryan, Jenn, Samantha and Grace Stewart; sister Kathleen (the late Joe) Coluzzi; other loving family and friends.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Miller.
