Jeffrey T. Lemus, age 52, of Portage, passed away Monday, September 29, 2014. He was born on May 5, 1962 in Gary, Indiana to the late Javier and Patricia Lemus.
Jeffrey is survived by his brother, Vincent (Patricia M.) Lemus of Hebron and numerous other loving family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Javier and Patricia Lemus and one brother, Michael Lemus.
A Memorial Mass will take place at a later date at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church in Portage.
